Until you know what’s important to you\, it will be difficult to look after your own needs before those of others. \n\n\nAre you honest with yourself about who you are?\nDo you look after yourself before others?\nAre you able to look in the mirror and accept the person you see?\n\nBring your ideas and opinions along about what being true to yourself means as we discuss this in an open and friendly way. Sharing your ideas with others and listening to what they have to say is a great way to expand your way of thinking.
