Here is one possible way of doing this: \n\ntake in 3 deep breaths breathing in through your nose\nconnect with your heart and feel the love that resides there (it may help to think of a beloved person or animal)\nfeel this love grow and send it out to your loved ones\, people in your community\, and all those in need\ntake another deep breath and focus back on your heart before continuing with your day.\n\n  \nYou may wonder what the significance of 12:22 is? Well\, as Angel Numbers and all the different systems of Numerology agree\, 1 is the energy of the SELF and 2 is the energy of the SACRED DIVINE FEMININE. For example\, think of the Number 2 “High Priestess” card in the Major Arcana of Tarot. 2 represents “Intuition” and our Divine inner guidance. It’s also about finding balance within the duality and polarity of life whilst expressing the feminine Yin energy of patience\, kindness\, understanding and co-operation. 2 teaches us to slow down\, to go within and to “trust and surrender” to the Divine Order and Timing in life. It is the number of peace\, harmony and healing. Therefore 12:22 is encouraging each of us to adopt and amplify these number 2 qualities and tendencies within ourselves (1 = The Self) and to share them with the world for the greater good of all. 12:22 is also a reminder that you are not alone. DESCRIPTION:The Feilding Spiritual and Awareness Centre is joining a market day being held in the Feilding Square on Sunday 22nd September. \nWe are going to have an information stand\, 100th cake and raffle\, and possibly people doing mini readings and healings. \nWe thought this was a great opportunity to meet with our local community and to let them know about Spiritualism and what this Act means in New Zealand. \nWe are really looking forward to this event so please come and visit our stand and have a piece of cake.
