Everyday Spirituality
In 2025 we are exploring what living by spiritual values looks like with a wide range of topics being covered in discussion/meditation evenings, articles, videos, and social media content.
Connection and growth opportunities
Everyday Spirituality is highly individual and deeply personal, yet it connects us all. For some, it may involve daily practices like mindfulness, gratitude, or prayer. For others, it might be about cultivating compassion, nurturing relationships, or honouring the beauty of nature. Through our focus, we aim to provide practical tools and thought-provoking ideas that help you identify and align with the values that matter most to you.
Throughout the year, we’ll encourage reflection, dialogue, and action as we delve into 21 topics aligned with Everyday Spirituality. Each topic will be explored over a two-week period, providing opportunities for shared experiences, meaningful discussions, and personal growth.
Participation
We invite you to actively participate in shaping this year’s focus. Share your insights, join our social media, and engage in our events. Your contributions will not only enrich your own spiritual journey but also help build a supportive community of like-minded individuals. Whether you’re just beginning to explore spirituality or have walked this path for years, there’s something here for you.
On the day (22 September)
We invite individuals, communities, and organisations across the country to come together and celebrate the essence of Everyday Spirituality. Our goal is to inspire meaningful participation through a variety of activities that allow people to explore spirituality in their unique way.
Whether through meditations, workshops, shared meals, nature walks, or acts of kindness, the day offers countless opportunities to connect with spiritual values and reflect on their role in our lives. It’s a chance to pause, celebrate, and gain deeper insights into what it means to live spiritually each day.
