Connecting with spirit and soul energy

You may ask what is the difference between connecting with spirit energy and soul energy. Both are pure divine energy but there are differences.

Spirit energy is perhaps the one that you hear most about and that you may be most familiar with either by working with those in the spirit realm or what you have heard, read or seen in books, movies and on TV. You can connect to this energy in many different ways. Some of these are

• connecting and working with spirit beings such as your guides and angels
• having a reading with a clairvoyant when those from the spirit realm brought you messages
• connecting with those in the spirit realm to give spiritual healing.

So spirit energy is your connection with the spirit realm, with those who are choosing to help you in many different ways. You will have chosen what connections you were going to have in this life-time before you incarnated both physically and spiritually.  Those who agreed to work with you as your guides, angels and helpers in the spirit realm are your connections to spirit energy in this lifetime.

Then there is your connection with your soul energy. Soul energy is also spiritual energy but it is your own connection with the Divine Source, God or whatever term you use to connect to all that is. It is sometimes referred to as your I Am Presence or Your Higher Self.

In each lifetime, you only retain a connection to a small portion of your soul energy.  You would be totally overwhelmed if you connected to the whole, as its total size is beyond human comprehension. And this connection to your soul will grow as you raise your vibration and connect more consciously to the energy.

As with all spiritual matters, you connect to the part that matches your current energy vibration. By living spiritually in the present moment, with attributes such as gratitude, unconditional love, compassion and non-judgment, you will raise your energy vibration and gain a deeper connection with your soul.

Your soul will often connect with you through your intuition or feelings. As you become consciously aware of this energy as your purest energy connection and learn to listen to and act on messages you receive, you will

• Gain more knowledge and understanding of both yourself and others
• Feel more balanced physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually
• Feel more connected to everything on the earth plane.

Your soul is your connection to all that is on a deeply personal level. It brings with it a deep feeling of peace, calm, love and joy and is the pure essence of unconditional love.
